I rated the product a 5 star mainly because of the customer service. The product itself I would have given a 4 star because there was a small chip but otherwise the product was as expected. The customer service however was efficient and easy. I ordered the stone and UPS delivered it to some random place. I contacted Whole Tiles and let them know. They were prompt on a response and taking action to find out where my shipment went. In the meantime they sent a duplicate shipment that arrived within days. Eventually the original shipment made it's way to me and Whole Tile promptly took care of the duplicate shipment. I would use them again and would recommend them based on their great customer service.
