I needed a shelf for the niche in my shower and found this online. I put in the comments that I needed it cut down to 23” but since I didn’t pay extra, wasn’t sure if they would take the time to do it…they did! I was so pleased that they filled my request at no extra charge and it is beautiful quality. Thank you!!!
A LOT of care was taken to ensure safe shipping of the product. I do not believe that anything was damaged during transport to my residence. However, on the surface and back side, there was a 1/2 inch chip. I was a bit disappointed, but will be able to make it work with trimming and clean grout lines. It's a beautiful piece and accurately described from the website. Perfect measurements... except for the chip. I wish there was a way to give partial stars, because I'd honestly go for 4.5 or 4.8 out of 5, instead of 5.
