What we needed for this window rehab. Found the previous owners covered up window blocks in shower/tub, and tiles were falling off. We wanted more of a sill ledge to hold bottles and elevate the look. We cut our own notches, but were glad to be able to customize the length and width of the shelf piece! Customer Service was great from ordering a sample, answering questions re: requests and resolving needs after delivery. No issues with the product, well packaged and arrived in great condition.

Needed a shower niche “sill” for my bathroom remodel. Looked at all the big box stores, including floor and decor…couldn’t seem to find what I was looking for. Stumbled across this website and took a leap of faith. Shipping was prompt, packaging was very secure- the item arrived in perfect condition and wrapped in two protective layers. I needed a shelf for the niche in my shower and found this online. I put in the comments that I needed it cut down to 23” but since I didn’t pay extra, wasn’t sure if they would take the time to do it…they did! A LOT of care was taken to ensure safe shipping of the product. I do not believe that anything was damaged during transport to my residence. However, on the surface and back side, there was a 1/2 inch chip. I was a bit disappointed, but will be able to make it work with trimming and clean grout lines. It's a beautiful piece and accurately described from the website. Perfect measurements... except for the chip. I wish there was a way to give partial stars, because I'd honestly go for 4.5 or 4.8 out of 5, instead of 5.
