The folks receiving the order were quick to respond and easy to work with. My thresholds arrived within a few days of ordering, and they were packed well. No damages during shipping on either threshold. They are beautiful, and just as described. Very impressed.
I have had multiple orders from Whole Tiles and have never been disappointed. However using a coupon for cost savings this time was more challenging.
