The product is excellent and was packaged well, so there was no danger of breakage. I do want to recognize Whole Tiles excellent customer service. When I received my original order, the seat was too large, through no fault of the company, I just measured incorrectly. I sent an e-mail to their customer service department to ask about my options. They were extremely helpful and made things right, even though they were not at fault. I can't begin to say enough nice things about dealing with this company. They were wonderful.
