This was my second order through Whole Tiles. The product is excellent, but this second order came with a sizing error. I called customer service and the problem was quickly and easily rectified. A new granite slab with the correct dimensions was sent out immediately at no cost to me.
I will not hesitate to use Whole Tiles again in the future. They are great!
